Blumenstein Hardware Store and Harness Shop 325 North Main Street. Mr. Blumenstein erected a frame building here measuring 40 feet by 50 feet and operated the largest harness shop in Breese. He stocked it with harnesses, saddles, hardware, pumps, sewing machines, cutlery, carpenter tools, cooking utensils, paints, oils and roofing. Later he erected a 30 feet by 20 feet addition to this building which he used as a warehouse.
